Crafting Your Leadership Persona
The Management Mosaic is a leadership curriculum I built for a project during the interview phase.
Key Components of the Project:
Curriculum Development Work Product
Candidates must design a two-hour, in-person training module.
The target audience is employees in entry-level roles who aspire to become managers.
Training topics may include areas such as leadership, professional development, soft skills, management styles, networking, interviewing, or resume development.
Deliverables should include a facilitator’s guide, participant’s guide, handouts, evaluation tools, and any additional materials relevant to the training design.
Facilitation
Candidates must conduct a 15-minute facilitation session via Zoom, derived from the two-hour training they developed.
A panel of evaluators will act as participants in the training session.
The facilitation should integrate the submitted training materials and replicate a realistic learning environment.
Overall Goal:
The project is designed to provide both a realistic preview of the role and a way for evaluators to measure candidates’ instructional design expertise, training delivery skills, and ability to create engaging, learner-centered content.
